Please be ensured that all items are thoroughly checked by our quality control team before it leaves the facility for shipping. Kindly notify our customer service team via complaints@classicestelle, if you received a damaged item so that it can be rectified as soon as possible.

Return/Exchange Policy

All returns and exchanges are accepted using DHL Express within 5-7 business days from the date of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, maintaining attached tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The return shipping fee is the sole responsibility of the client.

A Request for an exchange can be made if the item(s) is defective, the wrong sizing, a mixed-up order, or a sold-out item. Kindly note that you have to meet the Eligibility policy before the exchange is made.

EXCHANGE/REFUND

Refunds are made solely in the case of a sold-out item in which the product hasn’t been processed or sent. For the wrong sizing, you can re-order the same item. Unfortunately, sales items or discounted items can not be exchanged or refunded. Once your returned item is evaluated and passed all checks via the appropriate department, you will be notified of the status of your exchange request. Kindly open your package with care!
