REFUNDS

We do not do refunds!

SALES/DISCOUNTED ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED

Refunds are made solely in the case of a sold-out item that has not been processed or sent. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Or this takes 7 working days. 

Exchange : wrong-sized items, and defective items can be exchanged by re-ordering the same item/product. 

All returns and exchanges should be done using DHL Express Within 5-7 business days from the date of delivery.

This Applies to both Domestic and International shipping.

The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the client. 

You’ll be notified of your exchange request status once all items are received, evaluated, and passed all checks via the appropriate department. It usually takes 2-3 business days to receive a message as soon as we get a hold of the item. 

Note: All exchanges must remain unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
