KINDLY NOTE THAT ALL SHIPPING PROCESS TAKES (7) WORKING DAYS
All orders will be shipped on/before 7th business day excluding weekends, holidays)
Note: Orders can be Express delivered depending on the availability of the outfit and it takes (2-4) working days.
Accurate shipping and delivery information is needed to ensure the timely receipt of products.
A confirmation email will be sent once you place your order. Please endeavor to contact us if you do not get the information email.
International Shipping: You will receive a notification from the shipping carrier and the tracking number, once your order is shipped.
For Domestic Shipping
We ship through DHL Express and GUO
There is a reduced shipping rate on all domestic orders.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable. The return shipping fee is solely your responsibility.
Kindly Note: All Orders sent using GUO are to be picked up at their Station.
For Pick up: Ensure to go with your Valid Identification card and the Parcel ID that we would send to you.
For International shipping
All International orders are shipped via DHLExpress. .
Please carefully check and confirm your address and contact information.
Once the items are shipped, we cannot redirect orders.
Classic Estelle is not responsible for the Customs fee and VAT.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable. The return shipping fee is solely your responsibility.
If your item isn’t collected /failed delivery, your order will be reshipped and another shipping fee will be charged.
Please note that our facility only accepts items that are delivered through DHL Express and GUO.
